* The first RED picture depicts a
Split in a Kayak's bottom hull
.. All you do is scuff up the poly on both inside and bottom side with some fine grit sandpaper and rub down good with acetone and into the slit and let dry for 15 minutes so the acetone leaches off completely.  Place duck tape or any tape over slit on bottom / outside of hull and flip over and now sprinkle our Lightning Bond (white/red label) filler powder into the slit and rub your finger on it to make sure it's completely filled in the slit.  Then, let (
Yellow Liquid label
) drip on all powder until it is cured instantly. Then, sprinkle some more powder filler onto what you just cured until it turns to white powder again and drip some more (
Yellow liquid label
) onto the white powder and it is now welded instantly...

In wilderness and no acetone available, it will still work just clean your area as clean as possible and continue.  Just follow aforementioned directions and take tape off and launch and that fast and of course giving it 15 minutes wouldn't hurt but that is how FAST our product cures...

there isn't any DC or AC Current in the Boundary Waters, or shooting the New River, WV Rapids when you puncture any water craft including Canoes etc. Lightning Bond Just Works instantly !!!

* The next 2 pictures depict repairing a Kawasaki Original (6.00 replacement) Jet Ski thrust baffle... It took awhile but we got it in around 35 minutes.. It is the most flimsey plastic I've run across in years of doing repairs at shows etc... Wow, almost like a white milk carton plastic... My friend was even amazed we welded it.
