Fancy Gold & White Beaded Ladies Foreign Event or Party Dress

Absolutely beautiful dress.  I think it could be maybe India or Pakistan or such.  Main color is white.  There is a zipper in the back.  The bodice in the front s quilted and beige.  There is beautiful beading of white, gold and clear rhinestones on it.  Sleeves are sheer mesh, gold band at wrist.  The skirt portion has 4 layers...Top is mesh with beautiful embroidered edging, 2nd layer sheer mesh with gold band at bottom, 3rd layer thin slip like and the 4th is like a stretchy polyester maybe. There is a sheer tie at the waist. Only tag is at neck inside and says 40.  The zipper only goes down to the waist so and you can't stretch past because of the fancy lace at waist so check the measurements.
