Shrinking Tips:
1. Cut an extra inch longer than you need for the job. It will shrink a little horizontally.
2. Sand down the work piece or fill in the pits with Epoxy Glue before applying Shrink Tube.
3. Cover vital parts like reelseat and decoration when heat applied.
4. Longer tubing will shrink evenly one foot above a cooking stove with low flame. Turn you work slowly for even temperature.
5. Shorter tubing will shrink using a
propane torch
or heat gun. Heat must be applied evenly.
